Return Policy – JM Precision Labs

Effective Date: 4/7/2026

We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of the original delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@JMPrecisionLabs.com for instructions.

Refund Details:

  • Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned package
  • Refund amount will be the purchase price minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method

Important Notes:

  • Products must be unused and unopened to qualify for a return
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • Products used, opened, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund
